Yoga Therapy

I use Yoga to fix health problems, every answer I need is found in Yoga.

"Yoga is a science perfected by ancient seers of India, not of India merely, but of humanity as a whole. It is an exact science. It is a perfect, practical system of self-culture." Sivananda

  • Learn how to use strength to your advantage
  • Learn to relax certain muscles so it's opposite can work
  • Learn what muscle is weak or non-functioning
  • Learn about connective tissue (fascia) and how it holds the body together
  • Learn where the nervous system goes to "fire up" those exact muscles
  • Learn to isolate each muscle or groups of muscles
  • Learn the Eastern system of Prana (energy) and how it moves through the body and mind. Then you'll be able to work "smart".
  • Learn how to relax anywhere and be efficient

Gregg Hill

I have observed so many Yoga teachers around the United States - and even though they might look like "Gumby", I still have two questions for them. First, is it pain-free and second, I want to see how the weak side is doing. I am there not for what they can do,  but for the Asana they can’t do. So if I can get them to where they are working pain-free and are strong and flexible in all the different angles or postures, I’m happy. I also have a great network of people in the world, so if I present a problem to them they can show me where to look. I really enjoy it. Yoga practitioners are great. It is an honor to work on people who work on themselves. It’s like working the "pit crew" for NASCAR !
