GREGG'S SESSION

Gregg's unique style includes Asian Bodywork in the 230 year old Mochizuki tradition. The muscles of the body, including the face and feet, are treated to a therapeutic massage. The next phase of the session is Shiatsu (pressure point) which helps increase circulation of blood and energy.

Fascia, meridians, and energy manipulation is used in the session. Muscle stretching is included so the painful muscles, which caused the initial problem, are now relaxed and can go back to doing their jobs.

The perfect session is when the client can resume their daily activities pain free - even including sports/exercise.

Some clients follow their session with a private yoga therapy session of 10-15 minutes in length.

Their Yoga session can be recorded on DVD and given to them immediately after their session, also Digital pictures can be e-mailed immediately after the session.

"Shogo has the most knowledge of Bodywork I have ever studied with in the United States. He began at age four from his grandmother who is world famous. I am really amazed with his knowledge and I am most fortunate to have spent the most time with him as he has given me a lifetime of information. He is one of my best friends. We laugh really hard when we are not working."
